There are various ways to pay your property taxes, including:

Accepts credit card payments only. Payments by credit card will incur a 2.5% service charge
paid to the service provider.
Self Service Kiosks: Select Rite-Aid stores, Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, Northwest Activities Center,
etc. Please visit www.codkiosk.com for a location near you.
Accepts cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Payments by credit card will incur a 2.49%
service charge paid to the service provider.
Mobile App: Download the DIVDAT Mobile App free from your app store.
Accepts credit card and checks. Payments by credit card will incur a 2.49% service charge paid
to the service provider.

Payment Drop Box open during business hours. No cash!
Please note if paying 10 or more property tax payments, they will be processed after business
hours. Please provide your contact information as a receipt will be mailed within two weeks.
Your payment will be processed as of the date received in the Cashiers office.
